On Monday May 14th, the 2018 senior class graduated in the Community of Christ Auditorium.
Every year after graduation, the graduated seniors will have the opportunity to party with their classmates and share in one memory one last time at Project Graduation. After graduation the seniors come to North and leave north on buses between 9:30 and 9:45. The buses leave for the University of Central Missouri and activities will be set up in the gym. A few activities included basketball tournaments, volleyball, airbrush tattoos, a rock climbing wall, and games. There are chances to win prizes and eat lots of food.
“It was super fun. I played a lot of bingo and I won a lot of money. I was super tired so I didn’t do everything that was there, but everyone seemed to have a good time,” Britney Lewis, graduated senior, said.
This will be the last time all the seniors will all be together to celebrate all the hard work they put into graduating; for some this will be the last time they will see each other and that may or may not be something to rejoice about.
